By ordering online you agree to the following: All alcoholic beverage products purchased from The Florida Winery will be assessed 7% Florida State Sales tax, are sold in the State of Florida, and title passes to the buyer in Florida immediately at the time of sale. Orders that qualify for free shipping and are returned to The Florida Winery due to recipient-related issues, including but not limited to failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or the absence of an adult (21+) available to sign for the package, will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Wine shipments require an adult signature upon delivery and cannot be left unattended by the carrier. If an order is returned to us under these circumstances, the 30% restocking fee will be deducted from any eligible refund to cover outbound shipping, return shipping, handling, and processing costs.
